At Meturn Kids, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible!
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within USA): 3–10 business days

Shipping Carriers

We ship through USPS to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@meturnkids.com with your order number.

While Meturn Kids is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us immediately at sales@meturnkids.com with your order number and photos of the package and items received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
